    OMG Teresa, you are such a beautiful soul, realistic/down to earth and talking my language!! Thanks for doing these talks, Im loving them! Also loved listening to your podcast with Mia Freedman and 'discovered' Discovery of Witches and am SOOO in love with the show!

    Lovely Teresa! You inspire me so much!! I also have been working on myself a lot and talking to inspirational people , reading inspirational blogs and books, I try to meditate often and prayer is one of the things that has amazing effects on my life . I have a meditation club at my university, where we share things and meditate every week, and all of your blogs have inspired me and given me ideas of what to do at the meetings. This is one amazing idea that I am going to use next time. I did my own list of things I want to do and that make me alive ! I have also divided my activities into 5 sections . One is soul, one is Creative, one is Body , one is social and one is me . I would write you what's in each section but the comment is going to be very long. I'd lik to thank you for your beautiful emanating light lovely self. Keep on inspiring!!

    Finding what drives you is really important. A great book ob that subject is Flow.
    There's also a place one can get to where they enjoy all their emotions equally, even the uncomfortable ones. So no matter their life circumstances, they're always content and in balance. I used The Presence Process book to do this (it guides a person through the 10 week meditation process along with other tools you condition yourself into using). That changed my life. It's one of the most important things I've ever done. I've never found a more effective practice.

    Awesome topic. I watched this with hubby whilst our son was asleep, and he made the interesting observation that one of your 'things' wasn't intimate time or sex like Mark had as one of his, and it opened up a really stimulating conversation of how I am the same - my time with our son is something I need everyday, but my time with him is easily categorised under 'social interactions', and how different a man and a woman are, and how important it is that when you are in a relationship, support is required from one another to fulfill each other's daily needs, but it's different for the man and the woman. So cheers for inspiring an awesome convo!

    Once again a very inspirational talk! Thank you ever so much for these. It's funny but I've come to realise that a brand new teztalk is up just when I need it most! It's like an on-demand zen boost :-) Anyway, I'm going to try this check list, starting today and for the 2weeks to come. Thank you for the advice, inspiration and love.

    Another wonder message! I have been on a huge journey into deeper wellness over the last few years and I think this idea of creating balance in life is so so important. My categories are: Mind, Body, and Spirit. For my Mind: a like to check in regularly with sources of inspiration--Ted Talks, YZL + Tez Talks, Mara Glatzel, and the blogs of my friends Jacki Carr and Mary Beth La Rue. For my Body: I love doing healing self-care like making and enjoying beautiful, fresh, nourishing food, stretching, or taking a nice hot shower or bath. Really good sleep hygiene and daily physical activity is also an absolute must especially since I have been prone to depression and anxiety. For my Spirit: photography, writing, connecting with nature, connecting with my tribe/friends/community, and daily meditation. If I am hitting at least a couple of the things in each category daily, I usually am feeing pretty centered and well. I also try to double-task sometimes, for example, going for a hike in the local hills with friends gives me time in nature, physical activity, AND connection with friends all in a couple of hours!     without even knowing you in person, i really feel a conection to you and the words you say. sometimes i think that you speak out what im thinking. Also it feels like your videos come to the right time and everytime i see that there is a new video from you, i get excited cause i know that watching your videos is a sort of meditation and soul-strippties... i definetly put you and your inspirational videos in to my list.

    everything you say hits home! I have a mental list where I know what I need to do to stay balanced but you're right; time is crazy and sometimes gets away from me and I find I've lost my footing!

    Tez, can you make a vlog about overcoming regret? Like for those who maybe feel like they've wasted time, or wasted years of their life not living life to the fullest, working toward a goal, or feeling like they didn't use their time wisely, or did what they loved. Can you make a vlog about how let go of the past and start living life fully, right now?

    You should go vegan. :) Being vegan is just the right thing to do, animals suffer greatly (yes, even supposedly the "humanely" treated ones), and we have no good reasons for exploiting them.
