I also believe the willingness to adapt to the host country's culture and to the people(s) around is the number one important (and so much needed especially these days) quality as an immgrant! I actually work very closely with PSPC at a quite established builder/real estate developer! And I'm open to many other opportunities as well, of course. That specific one hasn't been really visible to me on job boards, though. Do you work for PSPC?
