In real life, if someone shoots another person like that, not only does the person die instantly or seconds later. It also creates a bullet hole and there wouldn't be as much blood like that, there would be less blood depending on the weapon.

Depending on where you shoot and how long it's been, there can and will be a massive amount of blood, and blood obscures wounds, along with certain calibers and firearms having different effects
If a gun is sub sonic, it will be a hole, but if someone's wearing a shirt it'll just look like a very bloody hole in their shirt, compared to a rifle which will just destroy you
Also, you don't die instantly to many fatal wounds, and while you collapse immediately, depending on your body response, you could be freaking out or even just ignoring it, until you pass out
This absolutely isn't perfectly realistic and is a very large amount of blood, but if your shot in the leg, neck, or chest, you will be covered in blood, especially because I'm pretty sure meth (the enemies and player are on meth, safe to assume atleast) acts as a blood thinner, so you would bleed quite a bit
I am NOT speaking from experience, and if you are and you well and truly do not bleed even remotely like this, then alright
