Ive just bought this and the mower is great for my uneven garden. The only downside is that I cannot get the lower handle to fold which is really frustrating, and this video does not help at all. For performance it's great and would give it full marks, but for storage and not being able to fold lthe lower handle I would only give it 2 stars. It's not just me either, I have had my family trying to fold it down and it just won't go, even though it was folded when I took it out fo the box
