Momos are the perfect dish for winters. They are a little bit challenging to make but they are every bit worth the effort. This video specifically teaches how to form that crescent moon shape.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
For Stuffing:
Cabbage - 300g
Onion - 200g
Salt - 2 tsp
MSG - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Paste - 3 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
For Dough
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 300g
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1 Cup
