This is a brilliant tutorial! The content is very good, and the presentation is excellent. No need to speed it up to 1.25 or faster (like many of us do for tutorials). Lexa talks fast, and uses no fluff or filler words like um or ahh. Well edited and boiled down to just a constant stream of good content. I can't tell if she is following a script or is just a naturally gifted speaker. Well done and recommended.

Thanks Lexa for this video tutorial !! 👍🏻 It is very useful for new joiners to YNAB, more useful than the Tutorials by YNAB itself. Keep up the awesome work to help people like us get used to YNAB and be able to manage our finances well. Your classification of categories makes a lot of sense and something which I plan to do as well. Appreciate your efforts and kindness to share such valuable information with other YNAB users !! 👍🏻😊

Excellent tutorial! I hope you keep making videos. Would love to see updates for 2024 (esp when creating Targets). Also would love to see how someone self-employed would use YNAB. Do you use ATB category for business expenses? Would love to see how you integrate personal and business using ynab.

I recommend setting aside 10 - 20 cents per mile for unexpected car care repairs or more if you want to keep up with the depreciation of your car in addition to any repairs. And stay away from after-market extended warranties. Trust me on that one.

Never mind im watching pt 2 whicj woll probably answer my question. This is very helpful. I use ED but very very simply. I love that I don't have to do my own calculations as I try to do every month. I use my credit cards for perks and pay off every month. I fell al tad behind with paying off card but I was doing alot of spending around the holidays and after ore than normal. I guess retail therapy been going through alot. But I have been ready to get back on track which I am. So I signed up for this yesterday and today watching your video and put together my video. Now I'm trying to figure out how to pay off card and where to start my target dates. 🤔 I have them entered as when they will be paid but still need to catch up on my credit card. How can I do this without overbugeting? I'm only maybe a month behind if there but I put everything on the cards for the perks. I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.
