    Ingredients:
    1 package of chicken legs
    Salt, to taste
    Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
    Garlic powder for seasoning
    Kinder's Hot Honey BBQ Sauce, for a spicy-sweet glaze
    Kinder's Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce, for a rich, smoky flavor
    Aluminum foil, for easy cleanup
    2 sturdy baking sheets
    1 package of frozen mashed sweet potatoes, for convenience
    2 cups of light brown sugar for added sweetness
    1 cup marshmallows, for a creamy, toasted topping
    Stand mixer for smooth and fluffy mashed potatoes
    Disposable aluminum pan, for effortless serving and cleanup
    Instructions:
    1. Prep the Chicken:
    Rinse the chicken legs under cold water, then pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
    Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil.
    2. First Batch of Chicken:
    Place five chicken legs on one of the prepared baking sheets.
    Season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    Take the Kinder's Hot Honey BBQ Sauce and squeeze half of the small bottle over the chicken legs.
    Use your hands or a brush to coat the chicken evenly, ensuring the sauce covers all sides.
    Fold the aluminum foil over the top, sealing it into a packet. Set aside.
    3. Second Batch of Chicken:
    Repeat the process with the remaining five chicken legs on the other baking sheet.
    Season evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    Squeeze half of the Kinder's Hickory Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce over the chicken legs and mix well to coat.
    4. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    5. Prepare the Mashed Sweet Potatoes:
    Set up your stand mixer with the paddle attachment.
    Pour the entire bag of pre-made mashed sweet potatoes into the mixer bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
    Switch to the whip attachment.
    Add 2 cups of light brown sugar and 1 cup of marshmallows to the mixer. Whip on medium speed until well combined and fluffy.
    Transfer the mashed sweet potatoes to a disposable aluminum pan and set aside.
    6. Cook the Chicken and Sweet Potatoes:
    Arrange both chicken packets on one of the baking sheets.
    Place the baking sheets with chicken packets and the pan of mashed sweet potatoes in the preheated oven.
    Cook for 15 minutes, then check the chicken and sweet potatoes.
    Continue cooking, checking every 15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sweet potatoes are heated through and topped with toasted marshmallows.
    7. Serve:
    Remove the food from the oven.
    Arrange the chicken legs and mashed sweet potatoes on plates.
