Imma saying something strange - but I really appreciate the "putting it in" moment they show in the bed scene. It's rarely depicted; most likely to censor sex scenes, and prevent them from turning into pornagrophy. Obviously this series wasn't really censoring much, and younger people are probably not consuming such adult content. However, given that a lot of people watch TV shows and movies and mistakenly assume they are accurate depictions of real life, it always bothers me when series and shows never depict sex accurately. Why does this bother me? Because sex can be hard on your partner if you don't know what you're doing. Especially if you're partaking in gay sex. There's preparation, and protection, and you don't just jam it in. When shows "censor" some of these real life details it worries me to think that people will watch shows and misunderstand. Maybe I'm thinking too little of people ability to use common sense, but I've seen plenty of people in life who tried to live their lives "like a movie" and ended up destroying themselves.
