As a psychology graduate and as someone who also suffers from anxiety disorder, I know how hard it can be to have those mental illnesses all at once. You, opening up about your mental health issue is an eye opener to everyone that it’s okay to be vulnerable. It breaks the stigma about getting a consult whenever you need help. That is something too personal and thank you for sharing it with us. I really wish you well in your mental health journey even if you do share it with us or not. Sending sprinkles of peace, love, and prayer. 💖

Hi Ms Hazel ,with regards to your mental health struggles, as one of your YT follower , I hope you don’t mind if I suggest you seek medical help from an endocrinologist to request a full thyroid function and hormonal tests, it’s important to rule out that first , as it is known that an over active or hypo active thyroid or any hormonal imbalance can cause a lot of emotional havocs / symptoms that most people misdiagnose as mental illness , pls seek help from qualified endocrinologist first before embarking on unnecessary and expensive psychiatric treatment and medications .

@@HazelQuing hi again, my previous comment was just a friendly concern wondering if by any chance it’s related to any medical condition , I was just stating the importance of seeking medical help first to absolutely rule out other contributing factors that help points toward Right diagnosis, as everyone should be aware and most likely your doctor has disclosed to you already that all medications have various side effects , that it requires regular blood test to monitor kidney, liver function etc test and certain psychotropic medications have Black Box warnings , and that certain meds in this category can have interactions with certain foods like cheese , wine etc that may enhance more the adverse effects . Bottom line is if a person is rightfully diagnosed, and it has been fully worked up to be not related to any existing condition . These psychotropic meds,(with close medical supervision)along with psychotherapy counseling, psychosocial and family intervention will most likely help alleviate symptoms and prevent major psychological crisis . Hopefully it helps clarifies my previous comment , as we all should advocate to help each other :) after all a lot of us follow you here in YT and care for your well being too :) Thanks again.
