I don't know enough about who is at fault but these things will ruin tourism. We are scheduled to arrive soon and were just now made aware of this. Too late to change travel arrangements now. I doubt if I will ever travel to Hawaii again. To expensive to throw all MY hard earned money away.
You’re right, that does suck and these people should not also be cheated out of THEIR hard earned money to accommodate for your vacation! It is only Hilton Corporations fault that there will not be good service on your trip.

@@BengyDaniels-u9m it might not be too late! Many people on my TikTok video were saying they were able to change hotels last minute
