The Maxpedition CMC Wallet is a wonderful piece of gear. Does what it shows. The zipper actually is handy for safely retaining things that could otherwise be accidentally lost, maybe slipping out of one's wallet. Okay, anyone else wants to use their wives wallets for cheapness? Okay for you, just not me. I been using Maxpedition gear all my life and can't fault it. It's never let me down once. I'm a security specialist. That's why I like using the best. Expensive? Sure. But you get what you pay for: quality and dependability.
Nice video TheGearTester. Thanks very much.
    Best regards,
    Laura

I believe the change pocket if for over seas. I think anything under 5 for them is only in coins. They use more coins then us in the U.S.

I think the wallet is good but I prefer the rapdom tactical and here is why.
I don’t like open ended wallet as find when I pull bills out they sometimes stick together and this just makes it easier for other bills to fall out
Why would the put the loop part on the exposed side. This will start to cause wear on the fabric of your pocket.
I like the Rapdom change pocket has the opening is positioned up so when you hold the wallet in an orientation that is also conducive to taking out bills. No need to put bills in or out and then rotate the wallet to access the change pocket whichever one you might want use.
The final half flap of this semi trifold wallet is just a flap to hold the wallet shut. Extra thickness just to secure the wallet. Rapdom is a full trifold so that extra flap is also used for storage should you need to keep something longer.
Rapdom has more credit card sleeves, they where tighter in the beginning but now I can keep two comfortably and three tight in each sleeve.
I don’t know why they need two zipper pockets. One would be sufficient as this adds even more bulk.
    Wishes
I would like less credit card sleeves to reduce thickness and I see more users not using the memory card pockets that both have so not having those would also really help reduce thickness as that elastic is thick.
Can they make these wallets RFID blocking. Wouldn’t that make it a tactical wallet.
I like the curved corners of this wallet, it makes getting in and out of tight pocket that much easier.

Wow. I just as well use my wife's purse. This wallet is HUGE. That zipper has got to go

Are you talking about the zippered compartment on the back of the wallet?

Yes. Just my personal preference not to have it. Awesome review though

@@theshanester9823 The zipper doesn't have to go anywhere, they made this wallet exactly for people who were asking for a zippered pocket to be added, since the spartan wallet doesn't have it.
Well clearly this isn't the product for you, there are other options. you're not obligated to get this particular wallet you know

As a wallet, it is useless. If placed in your front pocket, ok, but in your back pocket you will lean too much and it will be uncomfortable. I would not waste my money

You shouldn't carry your wallet in your back pocket anyway.

It's pointless to criticize the zipper pocket, because this wallet is aimed at exactly the demographic that wants a zippered pocket for coins or other stuff. They have other wallets without that feature
