The crust of the cream puffs is choux pastry, the same as chocolate eclairs or profiteroles, and filled with a creme patissiere, my mum used to be a pastry chef and would make these for breakfast on a Sunday, so much work but worth it yummy
Awesome video guys!!! My wife eats octopus all the time... LOL She is from the Philippines and every time we are in Japan or other Asian countries she gets Octopus.. I am not a fan of sea food so I literally go looking for some pizza or subway when I am over there. LOL I loved watching you guys try it for the first time... I told my brothers when I ate it for the first and last time it tasted like a chewy rubber band... Yuck Never again.. but I think you have to be a big seafood eater to enjoy it.. Take care guys!!!!!

The takoyakis you all ate is Is fish flakes on top and mentaiko sauce for the 3rd one if i aint wrong! And mentaiko sauce are really on the higher price if you eat japan food with it

Just eat the things. Octopus is not scary, it’s commonly eaten just about everywhere with a coast line. Too much poking and prodding instead of just taking an honest bite. Angel has gotten much better at it though.
I don't think octopus tastes like anything, basically it takes on the flavor of what you cook it in. The only issue is if it's overcooked which makes it hard to chew. I think clans, oysters, mussels are gross.

You can say you don't need mayonnaise, most Takoyaki/okonomiyaki shops give you ones without mayo.
You guys should have looked for ebi (shrimp/prawn) takoyaki! Its even better but the inside is supposed to be a little runny.
Ebiyaki is good for those who aren't ready for octopus.
