What is VEGESUSHI ?
It’s sushi that uses vegetables and looks like cakes.
It was created by Hoxai Kitchen, who wished to both make people more health conscious, and to create a more enjoyable sushi experience for people who can’t eat fish.
Based on the vegetable culture in Kyoto and square pressed sushi, Hoxai Kitchen proposes a sushi style that cuts and serves flashy cakes to people.
For Europeans who love home parties, sushi looks pretty and cute. The health conscious style of using brown and ancient wild rice is widely accepted, and food events offering VEGESUSHI are being held in Paris, Berlin, and other cities.
