sorry for late reply i was in Strasbourg for a video ;) camera is gopro 8 with some tweaks in post , don't buy a version 8
Yes, I know that Goupro 8 is not so good as new version.
By the way, I was shooting with a full-frame camera from a car this summer and I liked how DJI RS 2 stabilized even on turns.

No, I've used autofocus (with zone focus). Sometimes the focus was lost, but it happened rarely.
The only problem is the high position of our microphones above the cameras. Therefore, a car with a high roof is needed. And shoot only at 35mm focal length.
The picture of our cameras is more realistic and generally better than that of cameras with small sensors.

Driving videos are gopro, walking Sony A1 , gopro has gopro color protune
These should be an hour long

You should drive more and walk less, as your video quality much better than on other channels (but I noticed, that videos where you walk still better dynamic range than on the camera here) ;) Probably because most of them using Gopro style cameras which have much lower dynamic range and also visible car engine cover in front which annoys a lot :)
thanks they record with Iphone 14 or something and gorpo , i record with Sony A1 in Slog3 with lut for the best dynamic range , merry Xmas from Strasbourg France
