S.H.Monsterarts does a fantastic job brining to life Godzilla’s 2004 iteration with a fantastic sculpt, paint apps and super articulation. As a whole S.H.Monsterarts Godzilla 2004 turned out to be absolute fantastic! The sculpt is well done, the paint apps are great, and S.H.Monsterarts Godzilla 2004 is extremely posable. I love S.H.Monsterarts Godzilla 2004 and I absolutely recommend picking up S.H.Monsterarts Godzilla 2004.

I hope you guys enjoyed the review! Hopefully everyone picks up S.H.Monsterarts Godzilla 2004, he is absolutely fantastic. Are you guys going to import S.H.Monsterarts Godzilla 2004 or are you going to wait for the US release?

So I watched Steven's Toy Reviews (who's been highly critical of SH MonsterArts in recent years) review this figure and he seemed really impressed with the quality jump from previous releases to this. The articulation of this Godzilla is absolutely insane. I was worried the shape of his muzzle might look odd from some angles, but so far it looks pretty fine.
Diego Doom and Steve's Toy reviews are the main guys I listen for these figures

I remember back when people were begging for SHMA to make FW Godzilla after Godzilla 2002 came out. Looks like the wait was worth it.
Now all we need is a SHMA Mothra 2003 and Keizer Ghidorah

@@Spaijit Ehhh there was some request but not a whole lot until we received more Millenium Kaijus. G2002 was when people really got hyped for FW Godzilla
With Monster X at the end of this year Kaiser Ghidorah is for sure on the horizon for 2023.

Diego, I've been watching your SH monster arts reviews since the beginning... I was never able to afford the figures because I was a child and asking my parents for a "$100 toy" was out of the question. I always said, when they do godzilla 2004 I will buy it. Final wars is my favorite godzilla film... and I'm so excited it's finally here

Final Wars is a fun film. Love watching it a lot and for sure in my top 10
I think a pair of fists would’ve been really cool tbh. Just like Monster X comes with alternate hands to hold Godzilla up, Godzilla should’ve come with a pair of fists since he punched X in the face with them a few times in the battle.
Legit think it's my only gripe with the figure other than that it looks great. Hopefully we either get a Blue or Possibly Red Spitfire Ver.

Ya he is super Op in Final Wars! I remember me and my cousin got super stoned and seen it at one of those movie theaters you can order meals and shit. Awesome movie!
Personally this Goji is the definitive version of all Goji designs.

Great review as always, love this Godzilla's design, the only bad thing with this figure is the lack of beam effects, we need Bandai to release a beam effects set for sh monsterarts, at this rate we are gonna have to make them ourselfs.

Oh man. This S.H. Monsterarts Godzilla (Final Wars Ver.) looks amazing. The articulation is very nice and the coloring and detailing is closely accurate to the movie. Here’s hoping that we get a S.H. Monsterarts version of Monster X/Keizer Ghidorah sometime sooner or later.

It is such a relief the final product turned out this good. I was really worried they might’ve screwed this figure up after the Godzilla store livestream, but thankfully no. I’ve decided I’m picking it up as soon as it’s available in the states. You and STR have convinced me. Great review!

I'm so impressed with that godzilla figure because that godzilla is actually from the year I was born in 2004 so I want to give a big thank you to you for doing this video it really helps me realize how great the year 2004 really means to me in many different ways in my life and how important that godzilla is to me I might get one for my birthday in under 2 months

I think we didn’t need an atomic breath piece. I think we needed a repack or a slight repaint of the spiral ray that came with Fire Rodan all those years back.
This is my dream Godzilla figure, this and the S.H. Monsterarts Evolved Godzilla. Both are my favourite Godzilla designs!

Diego, I haven't watched a video of yours in years. Super impressed with the level of production value on display here. And seeing as how athletic this Godzilla was, I am happy the articulation mirrors that range of movement. For the price however, I am disappointed that he doesn't come with anything, especially for the price point. That is really my only criticism for this line, their monsters come with little. For Godzilla here to come with nothing, not even a beam effect part (which should be the minimum!), Bandai has to stop pricing these guys so highly.

I got my figure a couple days ago and I love it. A couple of the parts keep popping off, but that doesn’t bother me too much
I would’ve just asked for some alternate hands. Fists, grappling hands, clawing hands, etc.

This is my favorite Godzilla design in my book. I want this guy so bad!
one of my favorite Godzillas
I recently got my hands on this figure at a Barnes and Noble. The only issues I have is that the articulation of the left arm is tight. Also, the left forearm and the end of the tail tend to pop off too easily.
Where did you get the pieces for your city I’ve been looking all over for it i would love it for my display
I have a few older Godzillas on my shelf by this point and I can't help but feel like the paint is lacking in the detail department compared to the others on my shelf. All the others have this amazing shading while this one almost looks like a blank canvas in comparison in a way. The sculpt and articulation is still spot on as always though.

You are the man you got three of these badass Godzillas. Looks like you didnt get any of the big eyebrow syndrome. I agree we should get a accessory pack sice they havent been giving us beams to go with the figures lately. Thats alright I know a guy who makes this kickass beams and they dont break!!!

I just got mine yesterday and I do like this figure the tail on mine falls off very easily and the eyes are abit off but still a nice looking figure.
I finally got the 2019 ghidorah special color it comes tomorrow:)

All hands down, the recently released S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla 2004 which has being long-awaited by many MonsterArts fans does truly nail it! Despite its minor flaws on the joints though it would've been tightened the looseness, still you can make FinalGoji re-create dynamic poses to show off his badass moves.
Since there's gonna be a MonsterArts Monster X is coming, I wouldn't be surprised if we'll see a MonsterArts Keizer Ghidorah as well which make the price heftier.
Hay DiegoDoom my SH monster arts Godzilla 2004 is coming in a couple of days.
I would like to know how sturdy the figure is. I am a little bit worried that it will constantly fall apart because I’ve seen one or two videos on it being a QC issue.
I have this figure and I got it from the Mall of America and I saw a Birth ver Godzilla and a Godzilla Ultima but FW was the cheapest so I got that

Absolutely, they should have included a Gotengo. I kind of think I would rather have the Gotengo over an atomic breath effect part.
Mine doesn’t have any LOOSE joints, but I have had problems with them popping off. For mine it’s the head (but from me overextending the articulation), the hands, and the tip of the tail

Love this figure but unfortunately mine came with two left hands. Since I preordered with Amazon, I don’t think they can do anything but return it and I rather just keep it.

Actually the price is about the same considering the shipping cost and taxes from buying from Japan 🇯🇵. Also as a fellow Godzilla fan and collector that they never add anything extra on re-releases other than different paint jobs. The effect part should be included considering the price point even Neca includes effect parts for their goji figures. You could always buy an effect parts set but considering how fast they sell out and the third party prices are insane.

I appreciate everyone's reviews, but having a hard time finding a video where they show a comparison of this one and the NECA version. I have that one, so not sure if it's warranted to spend $100+ to get this one, especially when I don't care about all the extra articulation in the tail and whatnot. I'm just tryin' to see if MonsterArt's Catzilla has a cooler lookin' face.

I bought godzilla final wars but there are some parts that are very loss, the hand and the end part of the tail. How to fix it?
You can apply a thin coat of nail polish to the socket and joint. After both dry, reattach and that should give you enough friction to keep everything in.
@@DiegoDoom can i just use super glue?
Superglue will eat away at the plastic and the figure will become unmovable.
