at 8:40 you mention the notion of entitlements but only the number of rights. Just to understand, can a software model have more than 1 part number assigned to it? Not talking about rights, but rather about multiple part numbers. One thing I haven't seen in ServiceNow import training is the notion of entitlement quantities. How can a client import their SQL Server Core license quantities into the tool if they need to convert the quantities from their PO system into rights? Does the ServiceNow catalog support quantities or expects the clients to do this conversion manually? SQL server is just an example. What about Windows Server pack of 2 cores, Spectrum Protect pack of 10 PVU...? Also, is there a way to consult the ServiceNow normalization catalog to see how much coverage it recognizes automatically right out of the box from the raw data signature into the normalized Discovery model? Is there a table with all the manufacturers part numbers that a client can consult in the tool? Thank you!
Very helpful and amazing .. well explained !
Great presentation!
