To be fair, Bond has been doing more live performances now than ever before since Haylie's time, especially at concerts like this one. I think the reason you feel like they're playing backtracks is because most of the backing tracks for Bond’s live performance have a lot of dubbing parts. During the performance, the girls play directly over those dubbed parts. You can clearly see this in Viva & Quixote. This dubbing technique is pretty standard and widely accepted nowadays as a way to ensure the sound effects of certain sections of song, which usually only achieve in studio environment, not in a live stage. I'd say and considering that Eos missed various notes while playing Allegretto and Apasionada that it is completely live.
