Welcome to a very special showcase! This is a showcase of a pair of Carlos Santos Handgrade Adelaide Oxfords made exclusively for The Noble Shoe.
Not available to the public, they are special because this is the first time Carlos Santos worked with Shell Cordovan and did it just for me! Yes, there was the Shell Cordovan Field Boot I showcased not so long ago but both were from the same order batch!
They are from the Handgrade Collection and Goodyear Welted on the 387 Soft Square Last on a leather sole. The color is Dark Burgundy and ended up awesome I would say!
This pair is my own, but is still unworn as I am contemplating selling it to trim my collection again as I am up to 58 pairs now. I will entertain offers starting at $700 (Retail was $800 and they are unworn). These are UK 8 and will fit you that wear UK 8 or US 9D consistently in dress shoes.

Great video. Interestingly, most of the Cordovan shoes I've seen are Derby. Do you think that's because of how tough the leather is?

Most cordovan shoes are boots I would say. It has nothing to do with toughness but it’s a more casual leather generally so it is often appropriate to do it on a derby.
