17:38 Anyone *with a good pair of eyes* would pick the latter - Daniel Penny used *excessive force* on a *vulnerable* individual. Was it "self-defense," as the defense claims? Preposterous! Daniel Penny's life was not in danger. He attacked Jordan from behind, who more than likely never even saw his face! 🤨 The defense could not even decide what Daniel Penny's motives were: what is "self-defense," or was Penny playing "good Samaritan"? It wasn't self-defense because he mounted a *surprise* attack *from behind.* Since Jordan didn't physically attack anyone, Penny's act of violence amounted to *shutting Jordan up.* 🤦🏾♂
I agree. I believe Daniel Penny did use excessive force when he placed Jordan Neely in a rear-naked choke hold, which is a martial arts move that can have one of three possible outcomes: 1.) To subdue an individual, without causing physical harm to the recipient. 2.) To place the recipient into temporary sleep mode. 3.) To cause immediate death to the recipient. Rear-naked chokes should only be performed by those who have practice this martial arts self-defense technique extensively, and should not be performed by those who think they know what they are doing, because the result can be what we see happened to both Neely and Penny, an unfortunate and unnecessary death, and a 15 year sentence in prison. What Penny should/could have done was to subdue and restrain Neely from causing any physical harm to himself (Neely) or to any other subway passengers. Penny should/could have asked other passengers for assistance in restraining Neely. Unfortunately, Penny overreacted and maliciously took the life of Jordan Neely. Also, everyone on that subway car who witnessed what was happening is guilty of Neely’s death by not speaking up and doing something, which leads me to believe that perhaps they were more fearful of Penny rather than Neely. My condolences go out to the family and friends of Jordan Neely. 😞🕊️
@@danadams6477 Two other passengers had already restrained Neely. The video clip of the incident makes this clear. If Penny had released the chokehold before it cut off the blood flow to his brain, Neely would have had to take a moment to regain his rhythm _and_ he would have had to contend with the other passengers restraining him if he wanted to continue the fight with Penny. The point is that Penny should not have felt his life was in danger at any point during the chokehold, which makes his fatal chokehold all the more reckless.
They also need your love and time. Years ago the Russians did a research study on babies in a ward that were neglected - void of touch, verbal communication, and love. I believe, if memory serves me correct, all the babies had died. You may be able to find this study on Google or RUclips.
11:00 S0 Biden's Secretary of Defense took off for his prostate surgery, and that was OK, but it is not OK for Hegseth to serve as the Secretary of Defense?
Yes. Hegseth has baggage that is not conducive to the position of Secretary of Defense. Austin had a health emergency. Completely two different things. Though, I believe Austin should have informed the president of his situation. He was wrong for not doing so.
@danadams6477 absolutely not. First, we don't know what he exactly did. If he committed a crime, it is the duty of the judicial system to punish him. Nowhere does it say that society needs to punish as well. Second, we are not looking for a saint. Madeleine Albright confessed that killing 500,000 Iraqi children was justified. No other crime has been bigger than this. If she stays in her position, anyone else can also do so. Third, what people have in their past is irrelevant. I can allege and argue that you went potty but didn't wash your hands, and thus, you shouldn't be writing comments. That is what the Dems doing with Hegseth. The point is there is a Mandate given to the Trifecra. What else do you want the voters to do to steer the country in their desired direction?

I agree. Our education system should also bring back geography, social studies, civics, home economics, business skills, auto shop, metal shop, wood shop, plant science, and directed reading classes. Most all of these classes have been removed from the school curriculum across the US. This is very disturbing, as all of these classes make a student well-rounded and informed of the world around them.
42:36 The *Gen-Zs* are not the only generation to have gone through hard times and financial pain. So, that cannot be *the excuse* for picking much higher salary thresholds than the other generations they were compared with. For example, they never went through the full-blown *depression* that occurred in the early 20th century! What changed through generations were *technology* and *prevalent cultural norms* which may have shaped how each generation tackled the question of what salary it took to have a decent life. Since Gen Zs were born into life with widespread access to the Internet and smart devices, information has always been widely available to them. Therefore, compared to their counterparts in bygone eras, one could argue that they have a better insight into the scope of their peers' living conditions at home _and_ abroad. In the age of social media and content creation, more options for working virtually and independently have become available. As technology progressed, so did living standards and the costs of living.🙂
- Terrorist Netanyahu regime let the attack happen on the own country, despite knowing about the attack 3 days before it happened. - Music festival was organised with lot of foreigners just 3 miles away from the border. On whose order? - Music festival was extended by one day as the attack did not happen when it was thought to happen. On whose order? - Noticing that music festival casualty were less, used IDF to increase the casualties in the music festival. On whose order?

There is no “lost contact” or “disappearance” she cut her family off and moved away.
I sense foul play. Why would her father take his life knowing she’s missing?
@ if there is any foul play it is on the part of the family. There reaction and her actions don’t line up to a family that is full of love.
