I prefer a very pearly glow highlighter that I can under-apply to achieve a more subtle look. The CT architects are just too expensive for the subtle look that they’d bring to my collection.

Trust me, as someone who edits people talking for a living, the dead noise in the background isn't better. RUclipsrs use them so frequently because it sounds so boring without music, especially over sped up makeup shots...she's doing you a favour! Music is an aid!
Also. How do you feel about dupes? I always think that they should get a bit creative with the packaging or name. Like the power grip and setting powder have different packaging but it still is a dupe, unlike the lash and roll/roller lash and quo/rare beauty blushes being basically the same but.. less.. why is January so hard? Is this a Canadian thing? Here in South Texas, it's not great (cold and wet... and I realize that is probably different from your cold and wet), but having horses, it's bad because every.day I have to trudge out to my unhappy horses and care for them. twice a day. They, too, hate January and February and part of March. We just have to power through it...... and get to August where it is a billion degrees and humid enough to swim in it. :-)
Simihaze is a little 🥱 I think some of the things look okay but beauty is soooo oversaturated, there’s nothing that really makes them remarkable. Especially when you factor in the cost per oz of product, it ends up being expensive.
