Best wishes with what you choose to read and to your channel. I'm reading the Count of Monte Cristo. I might be some time!

Thank you! Hope you enjoy The Count of Monte Cristo, that's a really big read isn't it? I feel like the only thing I know about it is that it is a brick of a book but apparently very worth the read haha

Jade City not a 5 Star?! Read again 😁 I absolutely LOVE this Saga... It's AMAZING and my favorite FANTASY 💚 I gave every book ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I know, I was wanting it to be a five star but it just didn't feel like one because it took me a while to really get into it. I did read it digitally though and I really don't enjoy reading in that format so maybe that affected my enjoyment 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'll have to read it again but physically!

@@MichaelaChristineReads I can definitely see how for some it would take a bit to get into it… Right away it reminded me of The Godfather which is a movie I love and so I was all into it from the get go… There’s a lot of political maneuvering in Jade War, so get ready 😊

Love the stats! I managed to read 4 books as well in March - Scythe, Thunderhead, Shantaram and Circe. My average rating was sadly not too high: 3.3
What is your most anticipated read for April? I am currently reading classics for a week and I am surprised that I am enjoying the first one so much (The Importance of being Earnest by Oscar Wilde)
Looking forward to your next video 🙂

Thank you! I'm thinking I should maybe track my stats more this year and do a review at the end of 2024??? I don't know. I haven't read any of the Scythe books, were they good? I'm not super into scifi or ya right now so I'm hesitant to pick them up but I have heard they're good (or at least the first one is). I hope you enjoy your week of classics! I think in April I'm most excited for a reread of A Man Called Ove because I love that book but I'm also planning to read Heartless by Elsie Silver and am looking forward to that too 😊

@@MichaelaChristineReads the first 2 were 5 star reads the last one is more of a 4.25! If you enjoyed the Hunger Games I think you will like it 🙂
I have heard such good things about a man called ove! If you read it I can't wait to see your vlog/thoughts about it!

@@louisejames9064 ooo okay thanks for the comp! I did really like The Hunger Games when I read it but that was almost ten years ago now when I was in highschool. I've actually read A Man Called Ove before for a reading vlog back in December 2022/January 2023 where I tried out Fredrik Backman as an author, I also read Beartown for it, so good!
