    if a client has hungus you have to say no to treat her. you have the right and they have to see their doctor before they see you, that can be contagious.

      No it didn't, yucks me out that she stuck the client's fingers in the pots. One more reason I'm watching tutorials to learn to do my own.

      So did the client have nail fungus on her pointer finger and thumb? Was it treated? and Why do you dip everyones finger in the same pot after someone with nail fungus dipped their nail in the powder? Is this hygienic and safe? Please reply.

      Sns is the only system I know if that is mostly natural. I just had it for the first time, and there is no odor 99% of the process. It actually strengthens your nails with each application with vitamins etc.

    • @kathle9215
      @kathle9215 7 лет назад

      Andrea Morales it depends on the color and the thickness that you want. but a basic set with regular, opaque colors would be 1 layer of base powder, 3 layers of color powder and 1 layer of top powder so basically 5 layers of powder not include the gel layers.

      Penny Porter please check up our sns nail reviews, with untrained technician they will ruin the client's nails but they are skilled enough to use machine then it much better than hand filling as the bit is much smoother and not go over your skin. Hope this helps

    • @jadeph80
      @jadeph80 7 лет назад +5

      With SNS you're not suppose to file the nail bed that much. The goal is to maintain a healthy nails bed, if you do it the right way.This lady file a little to much on the client nails.

    • @kathle9215
      @kathle9215 7 лет назад +2

      Yes, every body knows that but they still do it. why? cuz that’s the only way for it to stay. You don’t want to pay money and your nails pop off the next day, do you? So yeah, you shouldn’t buff your nails, ever, because it’s taking away layers of nail but then how are we gonna reduce the shine, the natural oil of your nail. you customers asking too much for a nails tech. if you too concern about it then stay away from these techniques and stick with your regular nail polish.

    • @ncwest1984
      @ncwest1984 7 лет назад +1

      Kath Le i got mine done and they didnt file a lot of use the drill and when they took it off it was like magic. Sooo easy.

    • @JColegreenEyes
      @JColegreenEyes 6 лет назад +1

      How long did it take to remove them? Do you soak them off in acetone every visit? Or, do they get filled in? I had a hard time understanding what she was saying in a lot of this video, and why would she not use a model that has a nice natural healthy nail appearance? I am searching for a good brand of colored acrylic powder dipping system, watching videos is a good way to see if you want to purchase a kit from a particular line. 🎨

    That’s why you shouldn’t not used dip. The same Germs spreads to each clients to using the same jar. You don’t know what grams they have

    • @dantdo
      @dantdo 2 года назад

      So you'd better not get your nails, your hair, or anything done, better buy stuff and diy at home. Since not everyone wants to get the germs from you.

  • @PrincessDeeDee67

    This client has nail fungus on pointer and thumb on her right hand...this client Should Not be placing anything at all on her nails...she needs to see a Doctor....this nail technician is doing the wrong thing here, and risks making the fungus spread to other finger nails...The technician should not have used the same drill bit on the two infected nails, those nails should not be having anything put on them.

  • @janemmorgan1778
    @janemmorgan1778 7 лет назад

    Is this hygienic?? Everyone's fingers in the same pot of powder??? :0/

    • @kathle9215
      @kathle9215 7 лет назад

      Jane Mmorgan oh stop with the hygienic. bacteria don’t spread that way. you guys might have done some nastier shit probably. But if you are willing to spend some money. we will be willing to use the products on you once and then throw it away or give it to you. or you can bring your own stuff and we’ll use it on you but make sure to buy everything that we need. and don’t even mention about pouring it in to another container. One set of nails dont need much of the products but we need to pour products high enough to reach every corner of the nails, and it’s still a waste of product. So yeah, you spend, we give. It’s nails art but a business after all.

    • @surfacesilence1900
      @surfacesilence1900 6 лет назад

      No, it's not sanitary. Kiara Sky brand as a recycle system that is better to use so your not sticking everyone's finger in the pot. However, it is NOT 100%. Dipping Powder Acrylic was created for those idiot nails techs who somehow got licensed & cannot sculpt using a brush. SNS has the most deceptive marketing ploy that they have sold to the public and most Vietnamese salons sell this LIE! It's ACRYLIC and Super Glue!! LOOK at their Material Safety Data Sheets (which is a requirement that salons provide this info but SNS took these off their site).
      Kath Le, it's people like YOU who give the nail salon industry a bad rep. And how do you know how bacteria is spread?? Are you a licensed medical doctor? There are other means to get sick like virus, scabies, etc...which can successfully LIVE in the dipping powder product. Let me guess, your the type that reuses nail files on multiple customers too,...yuk!

    This is why I don't go to the nail salon to do my nails because I can't bare to watch my nails being destroyed by some high power machine.

    Too Flat and wide...Haven't found or seen anyone do it nice with C curve arch on nail. They don't look feminine . Good for Guys!

    • @JColegreenEyes
      @JColegreenEyes 6 лет назад

      I've always seen the Asian techs stick to a flat nail, overall. Not that I've been to one, but I just see the results of their work. I am not a fan of the Ultra Pink powder, it really accentuates the wide nails with the 2nd coat of neon white powder she applied, too. I think I'll look around some more, I am shopping for a colored acrylic dipping system. Right now, I specialize in "Precise Nail System" at my salon.

    • @guacgirl
      @guacgirl 6 лет назад +1

      Most only know how to do very flat nail. I had one nail tech that could do it, she was rare, she always did a beautiful c curve/apex. I went to her for ten years.
      If you ask for a curve In the nail bed or apex they look at you like you are crazy lol.

    • @trishmickey
      @trishmickey 6 лет назад +1

      Met a girl in Kissimee FL who has this system mastered and does a C-curve great! She gets it. Said she has been doing this for four years in Texas. Was real happy to meet her but unfortunatly I live in NY. Willing to FL there to meet with her just to get my nails done. How desperate is that? But now I am trying to master this myself. Wish me luck!
