My father loves cooking and went to Italy so I know a lot about meats and cheeses. These are certified fancy hag cheeses.
The one time I went to Italy I returned with 6 kilograms of pecorino. I will make much carbonara this year.

18:28 I just googled it... Hitchhiker's thumb is when the thumb can bend back at a 90° angle. The fact that it bends backwards a little is perfectly normal, like even ~70° is still normal. It's the 90° that's considered hyperflexibility.
I have hitchhiker's thumb on both of my hands, it general freaked people out when I do task required to do some thumb printing. But it does make super accurate heart-shaped hands.
Took me a long time to realize, that thumbs usually aren't that bendy :D

Kind of an unpopular pick, but I like cherry tomatoes on my board as well. Also, you know what's kind of fun to do as well? Smoke your own cheese once in a while.
Unpopular is fine, just means I get to eat them all. I like to roast grape/cherry tomatoes for a plate like this, though I usually have to keep them separate due to them popping during the roast.
I don't really eat food this way, it's just not a culture I've been exposed to, but that sounds good. I would probably try dried tomatoes with a smoky cheese.

Should have gotten a sponsorship from Dairy Management Incorporated. It's a Government Checkoff program (aka all the dairy industry automatically has to pay in) that would be a dream job. If you haven't had it before, the Wensleydale with cranberries that you mentioned at the time is the optimal pick for any cheese with fruit imo. A close second is Wensleydale with apricots, its quite sweet, a little tart, pairs well with white wine.

Don’t know about how to get red meat bacteria in your guts again, but no joke raw milk actually has a lot more of the bacteria that helps your body break down lactose in it. You could try nursing some dairy gut fauna back into your body by dosing out raw milk
@@MrA3523 yep, likely back when I was in middle school. It wasn't caught till I was an adult, so I was constantly sick and always had migraines, but maintained a degree of tolerance due to regular consumption. After cutting it out, my health improved greatly, and migraines went from 4-5 a week to 4-5 a year.
But it's got to be avoided, especially pork. Which is difficult when it's in so much, including medication and vaccines.
@@Necroskull388 there are people who make good non-dairy cheeses, particularly out of cashew milk, but some just can't be replicated well, blue cheese in particular. I was able to eat it for a while with lactaid fighting the lactose intolerance, but that's now been coupled with a dairy allergy that causes my tongue to swell if I eat something that's straight dairy, particularly cheese.

@MataraKan, Port Derby is FAR closer to a red wine cheddar than Guinness cheese. I love Port with my cheese plates, and there are a few readily-available options of spreadable Port cheeses on the market. Plus, as a Texan, I recommend pecans to pair with cheeses, not exclusively, of course, but as a nice and sweet alternative to walnuts.

I feel like you'd like Stilton blue cheese. Allegedly it gives you wild dreams if you eat it a half hour before going to sleep. Haven't been able to confirm that, but it's a damn good blue cheese anyway lol. Like a slightly acidic and salty cheddar.
