A Pokémon from Sinnoh because no Pokémon from Sinnoh has a regional form.
Some of my ideas:
Falinks into Ghost/Dark (Dead Men of Dunharrow)
Ledyba/Ledian into Bug/Dark (dark/evil super sentai counterpart)
Roggenrola/Boldore/Gigalith into Rock/Electric (chargestone cave rocks)
Buneary/Lopunny into Ice/Fairy (snow bunny)
Budew/Roselia/Roserade into Grass/Dark (Dark Heroine / Villainess)

Really loved the luvdisc one, reverese shedinja evolution method were 2 merge into one, amazing. By the way, on the take of tinkaton variant, Dhelmise is actually only the sea weed, its only attached to the anchor, thats why it has steelworker or how the ability its called

I think it’d be cool to get a grass/steel Tinkaton that has a Japanese sword and is covered in Sakura petals.
If its Grass steel, the 'sword' can be made out of Lurantis or Leavanny.

I have seen some regional variants of Legendaries in another Fakemon Region. What I found cool about it is that they formed their own group, outside of their existing group. So that concept is something I would really love to see GF visit.
for the luvdisc evolution one, it would be cool if there were 3 more alternate forms depending on which base luvdisc form was shiny (normal, sad form is shiny, happy form is shiny, both are shiny)

I could even see Paldean Pokemon getting regional variants at Blueberry Academy. It's in a different region, so why not?

Dhelmise is actually the ghost of seaweed that wraps itself around and puppets the debris of shipwrecks. It’s Steelworker ability stems from the fact it attaches itself to a metal anchor.
if generation 10's special gimmick was partners (like two pokemon teaming up and theyre both standing together in like a left and right position/mode) that would be sick, so you could have 7 pokemon on your team technically even thought two would be one for the gimmick
Gen 10 would probably be an armour based gimmick considering what the charcadet line is going for
Rfakes are cool but I hope they keep balancing them out with good ol Regional Variants too.
Maybe for the Tinkaton regional form it could be like the creator of the ghost type Dhelmise like Dhelmise is naturally a grass rock or ground type with steelworker and the tinkaton kill it so Dhelmise would actually be Tinkaton's weapon but alive

I love how Tinkaton is always a menace.
I always felt like they could build off of love dusk with a split evolution. Becoming water and fairy if it finds love or Water and dark if it doesn’t
You could trigger the evolutions by putting a love disk in the daycare(or whatever The current breeding method is)
And if it makes an egg with a compatible Pokémon this counts as finding love. But if you put it in with the incomparable Pokémon for roughly the same amount of time that would make an egg this counts as not finding love.

I think it'd be kind of cool to see a regional variant for the tinkaton line that is all male to counter the all female of Paldea. They've been adding too many female exclusive lines recently with tinkaton, tsareena, florges, alcremie, and hatterene. Similar to the nidoran line with Nidoqueen and Nidoking being the female and male versions of the same species nidoran. They haven't done this since gen 4 in the Burmy line. They made Vespiquen and Salazzle all female. I think male and female exclusive evolutions are interesting, but are too few
The Nintendo Switch newsfeed, all the way back to August 8th, talking about the Pokémon Presents, stated that in The Indigo Disk DLC, we'll be seeing newly discovered regional-variant Pokémon. I will be ecstatic to see a trailer featuring some new variants soon.

I would like a Garchomp regional variant because it is my favourite.
I've been thinking about a plague doctor looking Hypno or an evolution to Hypno that's like Psychic/Poison or Psychic/Dark that fits that look. As for a name for the evolution, I'd call it Miapnea, a combination of Miasma and Apnea.

I've seen the Luvdisc one before, what you didn't show in the video is that it had 3 different forms for which 2 Luvdisc paired up - One where both were happy, one where both were sad, and the one you showed in the vid.
Every rule pokemon fans have made up over the past 20 years, Pokémon is just throwing out the window, and I love it

Tinkaton is an amazing on concept. But I'd beef with her soley on behalf of Dhelmise
In my region there’s a water type gimmighoul that hides with water boards and when it evolves the gholdengo is riding the water board😅
Another idea for a regional Gimmighoul there could be one with a little bag or a bin. And you have to collect 1000 pieces off rubbish as Gimmighoul wants to make his home region greener
Regional luvdisc cool
I would say the typing of the Regional Variant Form of the Fairy/Steel Pokemon should be like this:
Tinkatink - Steel/Water
Tinkatuff - Steel/Water
Tinkaton - Steel/Ghost
*Since during the evolution line Tinkatink and Tinkatuff. The Pokemon already anticipating on how will it obtain the whole anchor that Dhelmise is holding. At first, Tinkatink struggles to get pieces of the anchor from a Dhelmise, but still it was able to get fragments of it out of the other Pokemon and made use of those what it gather to make a weapon. And it was hoping that the weapon it made will be able to cut Dhelmise.
Once, it evolve into a Tinkatuff. It trained itself to be able to successfully cut large pieces of Dhelmise's anchor. As Tinkatuff get stronger on how many it get from Dhelmise, the weaker the Sea Creeper Pokemon is. But Tinkatuff didn't know that Dhelmise is starting to possess it.
When the time Tinkatuff have beaten Dhelmise. It will evolve into a Tinkaton, but now it is fully controlled by Dhelmise's spirit, changing its type from Steel/Water to Steel/Ghost.
The body will be Tinkaton, the weapon will be the anchor, but the one who is controlling it was Dhelmise.
We have fresh and salt water I wish game freak would do something like that……opens up so many possibilities

I could see a variant or convergent of phantump for the water where instead of a stump for a head it has coral
You cut out the best part of the Luvdisc evolutions, which is that depending on the different combinations of two Luvdisc, they have different forms with different typings

If i could make a regional variant itd be a fire/water remoraid that looks like beta remoraid. Itd get an evolution that turns it into a flintlock rifle called cavalraid. Cavalraids stats would be an inverse of octillary.

Tinkatink should have an alternate like Toedstool and Toedscruel called Drinkadrink into Drinkenuff into Drinkaton and be water fairy

Hey now, Luvdisc helped me a lot to complete the Dex in Gen 6, since it was so easy to get Shinies of it, it was also easy and quick to get the Pokémon from the opposite version via trades.
Anyways, I would easily get the Luvdisc variant, because I don't like the gimmighoul line, and still wouldn't like the sea version of it.

I hope a Sinnoh Pokémon gets a regional form because not a single Pokémon from Sinnoh got a regional form.
I'm shocked that with two European regions after Alola we still don't have that Rock/Ghost Palossand that's a more literal castle. Then again, if recent gens are any indication Gamefreak has a pathological hatred of that type combination. As for Luvdisc, I would prefer it get an evolution to its base forms. A regional form can still have a different evo because that shows how affected it is by the environment
Why is it that fans can create fantastic ideas for new Pokemon, whether it be Regional Variants, Paradox Pokemon, Mega Evolutions or really anything, but Nintendo can't? I would love to see these fan made Pokemon appear in a Pokemon game one day, even though I know it won't happen.

I like the Gimmighoul variant but I'm not a fan of him collecting oysters. Pearls themselves would be better without mentioning the oysters since they're actual fish and having real life animals in Pokémon just feels wrong lol
