hahah. You definitely threw me off @ 0:45 seconds when you had the JoeteckTips instant awesome rating on the screen. But I knew that was BS when it started scanning channels and it was going through it too fast and wasn't finding anything. The Epic Fail 1 star rating made more sense. Very funny Joe.

hello joe, two things to express to you, those antennas are designed realy for outdoor use, but they are marketed as indoor/outdoor antennas and can be used with limited success indoors. but to recieve antenna channels, one must point the antenna in the direction of the closest tv transmitter tower or towers, and used indoors, it is best to set the antenna close to a window as most newer homes and apartment buildings have a radiant barrier used in their construction, if there is radiant barrier used in the interior of the walls, it will destroy and uhf, vhf signal waves as it is basically aluminum foil., please retry those antennas with this in mind, thank you for your reviews and have a great day.

Just so you know don't turn up amplifier on indoor antenna. Unless it's mounted outside. Using a short cable is much better in general.
How many channels are in your area?

Doesn't matter when you turn turn the amo on or not. If it's needed turn it on

@@Joeteck It does matter if the signal is strong you may screw up reception. Especially when two stations are on the same channel.
Trying both ways can help you get better reception. Some channels work better for me unamplified. Just trying to help.
The main reason for amplifier is digression of the signal due to length of cable. Generally not going to give you a signal which isn't there.
