@@mananzi9907 What crime? It's perfectly legal and very common for celebrities to get an NDA (non disclosure agreement) he also paid for it with his own money. The "crime" is that he put it down in his business records as "legal fees" instead of disclosing the full details of his non-disclosure agreement. It's not a campaign violation and it's not fraud either, this is a political prosecution and the weaponisation of the legal system by the President and the democratic party, and if they are allowed to do it nobody can cry when republican state prosecutors start going after democrats. This could lead to a type of Balkanisation happening in the USA where there will be wholly republican or democrat states that will inevitably declare secession from the USA. The southern states are most at risk, leftist border policies are destroying them and it's only a matter of time before they start thinking about the confederacy.
All this rubbish is just going to make him stronger and more popular .

A paper trail showing Cohen did take the money from the campaign as "attorney fees". A grand jury doesn't do politics. They don't even get the names of the individuals involved before indicting them.

It is incredible how much trump has been able to grift since he left office, and he did it all legally. Really not all that remarkable when you realize that his fan club sees him as a god. Yeah it's pretty standard procedure for non-violent offenders in America and with high-profile suspects especially an ex-president they will do everything they can to make it as seamless an experience as possible. And yes he most certainly committed the crimes, they would never have taken it to this stage unless they were certain. That doesn't mean he will be found guilty necessarily or that he will see a conviction but we can say with a reasonable degree of certainty that they know he did what they're accusing him of.

Depends.. some of his charges are still sealed so we don't know what they are. Some potential charges will end up being fines or something similar so wouldn't impact an election run. The other investigations will have more potential to impact a race for president - especially the documents one.
If he is convicted. And if he committed any crimes, he should be. He’s pretty old and in bad health, he might not even finish another term anyway.
