I haven't died to mana siphoner on t17, probably because your regen is really high, so you have a little bit of time to leave the circle (same goes with the sirus puddles on the map called 'awakener's desolation' or smth.). But I'm not sure about hc, since getting all the gear you need to make an endgame setup is gonna be a real challenge
You can see full price breakdown in the Notes section in PoB, this is endgame version which is expensive, right now prices are even higher, I think. But you can make make it cheaper if you won't use double corrupted items and minmaxed jewels.
Don't the spectres needs accuracy? How did you get them without Precision? Sorry, I'm not very familiar with minions xD Edit: Nvm, figured it out myself. It's a spell spectre, not attack I'm dumb.
Of course not. Tides of Time belt grants you life recovery from flasks, which is really strong since flask life recovery applies to minions as well. And it also helps to sustain life flask. While MB is completely useless, since you have 1 life and 1 unique flask, which can't be used with Mageblood.

I've made a guide about dps counting for this build. It's kinda complicated, but in short this exact build has ~120mil uber dps.

Unfortunately, I've lost mine somewhere. Just evade sirus puddles (awakener's desolation) and everything, that makes your minions die.
