Oil+onion(l.fry)+Ggp+haldi+salt+chilli+🍅 (10-12min)+tamarind paste+ Hara masala+besan waters4 spn+
Bahar:
Oil + lesin+ rai+zira +kariyapak+ sukki mirchi
Shikampur kabab
Gosh +chana dal+garam masala+ haram masala + kotmir pudina+ salt+haldi+lal mirch+ggp+ 2spn cooking oil + 2 glass water(7-8 whistle)
Kaju badam khopra( roast)=powder + khas khas
Mix part 1 and 2
2 spn oil+ khootmir mix
Filling:
Onion+ Hara masala(chopped)+curd or lemon+salt
Cooking oil + spread batter+ filling make laddu make flat
