The reason it's illegal and the reason grabbing the fence is illegal is because it's not realistic. The point of a NHB/MMA match is to emulate a real fight and in a real fight, that fence would have been a wall, which is impossible to grab on to in any way.
I would of put the black guy with the black shorts (the one kicking ass while hanging on the wall) against the guy in that bright red wrestling outfit (who keeps head butting) against each other.
