Congrats. When shooting don’t set your barrel directly on your rest, use the forend of the stock- defeats having a floated barrel and can definitely affect accuracy.
7mm Rem Mag. Wish I knew what round too. My guess is either the 168 grain or 180 grain Berger VLD round. The two rounds that the Gunwerks guys (and rifles) prefer with a 1:8 twist.

Agreed, he prolly knew in the stress may have forgot.
Beautiful shot!!
great hunt, I've done it a couple times. hardest part is the 5 mile slog across the tundra to be in the rifle area. good shooting.
Great hunt and awesome shot . Now the kicker . So how much gas do you have to haul in to be able to get back to civilization ?
Great and nice long shot man. Caliber; Bullets?

What unit was this in? Going up in August to hunt the Dalton also.
what is the caliber please?
Right at the 3:00 mark he says its a 7 Mag. Could be a 7 LRM or 7 remington.
Yep. Normally when "7 Mag" it is the 7mm Rem Mag, not LRM...
