How do I download the phone template? I clicked on download from here and showed me the XML file, but it didn’t find me the option to download the template. Do I need to keep looking for the word download or how do I download it? Update: I think I figured it out now. I saved the XML file which downloaded it. Did I did the right way? I need help.

Hello, Avaya phones require a managed DHCP server which relies on DHCP option 242. Provisioning these without this DHCP option will not be possible. Please note that these devices are considered as legacy devices and are limited in their functionality, and should only be used as an interim solution until you can switch them over to supported devices, or you can use the 3CX Apps for a better experience
Hello John, No, support is not given for Avaya phones. We just provide templates as a courtesy, to allow transitioning to 3CX. These phones are not recommended for use however, and we do not provide templates for this specific device.

That link exists - it exists in all installations.
Check properly.. It is a standard 3CX Link found everywhere

This needs updating, as you have FIXED passwords with letters and symbols, but Ayava is only numbers!?!
What about in a non-dhcp network, have you have a solution for this case?
