Kenny, lots people don’t know how the turbo works ! They have to warm up before you drive and have to cool down before you turn off after highway driving ! And they don’t like dirty oil ! For the turbo to last much longer ! 😊

Exactly just went and washed the truck yesterday even though we were having a serious rain storm but hadn’t drove it really since Thanksgiving maybe once since then, but the truck was still dirty from driving out in the field love my truck. I am an old fart and don't do off-roading so the ride sold us on the Honda. In my book, I am buying reliability and low total cost of ownership (we also have 2 Rav4s). This move to turbo, where I have read that the gas mileage is not a whole lot better, is a Toyota deal killer for me. I hope Toyota realizes their mistake with the turbos.
I don't mine a Yota four cylinder as long as its the D4D diesel lol. But we will never get it. I'd take a diesel hilux over this crap every day and twice on Sundays.

I like the new truck, but they have overpriced them far too much. A Tacoma with leather is 55k, a hybrid with leather and the 14" screen is 58-60k. Basically a TRD Pro or Trailhunter at that point. Crazy work.

Toyota did this to themselves ... I love my 21 Tacoma TRD Pro "Texas Built" & the cheapest 24/25 Tacoma "4cyl only & Mexico built" is still $5,000 more than mine was brand new . They try to trade on the tacoma name and it backfired so bad . If & when the truck market collapses maybe they'll learn you can not build it cheaper & charge us 1000's more for a truck that's so far off the previous one . I hope the trucks that are 100's of days on the lot stay there till they price them accordingly

We have 3 Toyotas, my 17 Tacoma Limited with 21k miles, my wifes new 23 Rav4 premium LX, my sons 2020 Camry (his graduation car) . NO more Toyotas after 2 4Runners before my Tacoma , a new 2015 Highlander, and my wifes first Rav4 an 09 . ALL GREAT cars and trucks ! But I'll never buy another Toyota for so many reasons! They are too damn expensive plastic ass vehicles!

Here in Albuquerque the Yota dealers don't offer much discount. Maybe 500 dollars. That's it. I generally buy cars in Arizona. New Mexico is a rip off. People here are stupid paying too much.

Toyota did this to themselves ... I love my 21 Tacoma TRD Pro "Texas Built" & the cheapest 24/25 Tacoma "4cyl only & Mexico built" is still $5,000 more than mine was brand new . They try to trade on the tacoma name and it backfired so bad . If & when the truck market collapses maybe they'll learn you can not build it cheaper & charge us 1000's more for a truck that's so far off the previous one . I hope the trucks that are 100's of days on the lot stay there till they price them accordingly

Kenny, I love your channel and all the hard work you put into your great videos but “they are a little expensive”? 😂 they are a lot of expensive and reliability is history, at least for now 😮 they do look good but Toyota engineers redesigned a lot of components with inferior materials and less durable size, weight, capabilities and eliminated some parts. No longer “Toyota Over Engineered” pride mentality. Toyota joined the big boys unreliability and endless recalls band wagon that is the norm w/ Ford, Chevy, Ram 😢

We have 3 Toyotas, my 17 Tacoma Limited with 21k miles, my wifes new 23 Rav4 premium LX, my sons 2020 Camry (his graduation car) . NO more Toyotas after 2 4Runners before my Tacoma , a new 2015 Highlander, and my wifes first Rav4 an 09 . ALL GREAT cars and trucks ! But I'll never buy another Toyota for so many reasons! They are too damn expensive plastic ass vehicles!
