I particularly enjoyed the defense of the "micro noises" that appeared in the mix of the original pressing of Kind of Blue. I don't have an audiophile copy, but I can attest that the two standard later pressings that I have owned were noticeably drained of much of their life force. Not having heard an original pressing, it's interesting how the ears can still tell when there is something missing. Thanks, Jacob
This was my first " just do it " video without any pre written notes just the list of questions. There were some tech issues getting it uploaded , and a intend to clean up the act , but it was important to just get one up on you tube without too much prep to become more at ease like i see in most of the vinyl community videos.
Really dig your selection/taste. I’ll be waiting for more to come.
