Asa huge fan of SF franchise, i've swapped for tekken 8, they made a better game than sf 6 and 5 was so disapointing, T8 rocks so hard this year and probably doing better than others

I’ve literally been holding off on buying Tekken until Lidia dropped. Harada said she would be in 8 so it was just a matter of time. Now I can finally buy it 😅

What is up with fighting game reveals and just releasing an already established original character as DLC, especially Eddie? I don't even care about them being resold much more than questioning why people think reveals on characters we've seen are hype. Like Eddie has been around since when, Tekken 3 or something?
Yeah that's tekken, 7 did the exact same thing and people will throw money at them and wonder why we have a battle pass and creative modes to use the fight money

Look I'm disappointed in the micro transactions as well. It's a terrible, terrible thing and I'm glad it's generating this negatively. That being said.. Tekken 8 is better than 7.

Maybe it will when we get someone new or get back someone that people actually love like AK. And for the record is only better graphically. The only people liking the system changes more than 7 are scrubs that need all the get out of jail free tools they shoehorned into the game.

But in terms of what each game offers for a true fighting gamer, SF6 offers much less. In terms of replay stats, in terms of ways to get better, fighting mechanics, mix, how many moves available to mix up your opponent with, character variety, map change up to enhance the fights, etc. But complaining with no substance to rebuttal my statement is also cool too.
The game is way too broken. Balance is actually really terrible compared to street fighter. And usually I AM A TEKKEN FAN. Online is not good, pluggers, cheaters. Plus Akuma over Lidia any day.

People who say Street Fighter 6 better don’t truly play fighting games. It’s not better in any shape or form other than its simpler/easier.
I've played more rage quitters in my 3 weeks with Tekken 8 than any other fighting game I've played prior.
