I mean, I remember being there when my brother was born like it was yesterday, and now he's in pre primary. This is why I value my time with my brother. He's growing up quickly. He gets taller, speaks better, wants to know more, and for a 5 year old is excellent at resident evil 6 Co op missions, hahahahahaha. For example, if someone said you need a teammate for a video game, I'd choose him, hahahahahaha.
I think as a teacher, I'll take video game remotes to work that can go into the computer. It's good for hand eye coordination. If i get told off I'll be like to the kids " who brought these to school" wink wink hahahahahaha I can't wink properly so everyone's going to be thinking " what is wrong with his face, has he got sun in his eyes" hahaha. I'll find research on the benefits of video games.
I mean, that's how I learned to write to well because my hand and finger muscles were so well developed and my grip magnificent. You have to control the angle of the camera and move the person at the same time, then extra buttons for in-game movements. So, multi-tasking is involved.
Also, it's like a story, it's role play, which is drama and imagination. Increases imagination, critical thinking, problem solving skills, patience, and taking turns. It's collaborative and cooperative. It's also individual. Art is shown to increase well-being, so the graphics are useful.

It offers intrinsic and extrinsic rewards, playing the game is an extrinsic reward, and winning or completing a level is intrinsic fulfilment through feeling emotionally fulfilled. Also it teaches you to lose and gain insight from loss to retry with more information the next time, resilience during challenges. Growth mindset where you at, there you are🔥. Also creates a positive learning environment through developing positive partnerships creating a positive social culture.
