My uso i like your way of cooking with skin on potatoes carrots and onions don't have to peel it off gives more flavour to the roast. The leg of lamb looks juicy tender and looks delicious😋👍🏽thank you for another awesome video and recipe uso God bless much alofa to you and aiga🙏🏽💚

Thanks uce- yeah pretty much, but a leg is oddly shaped, so pays to check an hour to hour and a half before perceived cook time, I was lucky the shank part didn’t really dry out- but yeah 1hr/kilo generally hope this helps uce👍🏽
