- In this video we are testing the Lefei Sparrow 3 fligth controller in a small plane (Long Sheng). We can clearly see how the plane behave in STAB and RTH mode. The videos are synchronized so you see the real plane physical behaviour and the electronic behaviour via OSD!

Neste vídeo vamos testar o controlador de vôo Lefei Sparrow 3 em um pequeno avião (Long Sheng). Podemos ver claramente o funcionamento do modo estabilizado (STAB) e do modo Volta pra Casa (RTH). Os dois videos estão sincronizados, o que permite ver o efeito físico no avião e a eletrônica operando via OSD.

Thanks for the video. Seems like perfect fc for cheap wings. Is there a home direction arrow ? Do you set the home position by arming ?
Hi, that is really good one due balance between price and performance = cheap but good. There is no home direction arrow, instead they show the angle between the plane direction and the line from home point to the gps position. When you fly away, it tends to show 180 degrees, when you are returning to home point it show around zero degree. The home point is set automatically when you apply power to the FC. You wait till the minimum number of satellites are reaches (6 min.) and then you are good to fly. To get more info, I recommend you to go to the RCgroups.com and search for Lefei Sparrow threads.
Hi, yes this is really good and cheap fc for cheap fc planes. Is able to give you a lot of fun and very affordable. The home direction is done by angles on top center of screen. When it is zero degree you are in the home direction. If it is 180 degree you are flying opposite direction from the home point. You turn on the power and when the GPS grap 6 sattelites the home point is automatically set.

Great video! Mind sharing how you set up the RTH? When I set the options in OSD it shows that RTH is set on 3 pos switch, then when I try it in flight there is no RTH option.
It is because you need to wait till the GPS grab minimum 6 satellites. Then the RTH show up on the left upper side of the OSD screen. Below 6 sattelites, it stays in ALT mode probably.

Is there the direction pointing to home?
You have the angle value between the plane nose and the home point. If the plane is flying farther straight from the home, the angle will be 180 degrees. If you turn the plane and fligth strainght forward to the home point , the angle should be zero. That is how it works. There is no little icon like a triangle pointing to home.
Why is the Drone flying like that? You can't see any directions of any kind. The plane is being constantly circled by the drone. UP, close the Back far again
The movie is all about the plane and the Flight Controller OSD! The drone is simply making his job: filiming the plane! If you are a drone pilot you know exactly that circling moving objects like he did is quite challenging!

No, it does not support that. There are others that supports (Sparrow 2 and SNL plus and Fast). I used a 4:3 1200 TVL camera with analog vitx.
