Safety, your kid's safety, is the most essential part of a stroller ..folding, stowing, getting on an airplane are just extras--but can you adjust it--and properly? and easily? and quickly? to make your baby safe and secure in the stroller!!! B-Lively Stroller has non adjustable shoulder height for straps--even though they have the option, you can't do it but should for every baby --try it please reviewer and make a video. You can't adjust the shoulder harness height --it has 3 options, 3 pairs of slots to change the height. Page 12 of the Britax B-Lively manual states clearly "Always ensure proper adjustment at or above your child's shoulders." The diagrams in the manual don't match the B-lively stroller (bad Britax). Try moving the straps through the horizontal slots - with the plastic buckles on etc. You can't get the straps through the slots. Do a video showing this ESSENTIAL adjustment. I spent over 30 minutes realizing I'd have to call the manufacturer and they're not available on the weekend. It's a deal buster. It hurts even trying what should be another simple feature.
I watched your previous video of this stroller at ABC Kids Expo and preordered it because I was so excited about it. It ended up being terrible. The front wheel makes a horrible smacking sound as the front wheel plastic smacks the Stroller frame. Take it over anything that isn’t a super smooth floor & it makes this sound and it only gets worse over any kind of bumpy terrain. It’s a design flaw that I noticed due to the plastic holding the wheel. I called Britax, they asked me to send a video so they could hear it and then told me that they didn’t hear anything in the video. I then showed that video to numerous people with and without kids and they could hear it too. Britax never offered a solution, just told me I was basically crazy because they didn’t hear a sound beyond normal use. I own a bunch of higher end strollers so I know a stroller at this price point shouldn’t make this sound. Thankfully, the store I bought it from let me return it because Britax wasn’t any help. I really hope they can make a redesign of the wheel because I was so excited about all I could do with this stroller.
Hi Taylor. I’m so sorry about the issues you had with this stroller. We’ve had ours for a couple months and haven’t had any issues. I’m glad the store refunded your money and I hope this was a one off and other parents don’t have this problem.
I have this stroller. The only thing I hate is the recline function. It does not go up after I recline the seat that easily. I need to apply alot of force to do it. Anyone else having the same problem?
Are you able to remove the parent console? it seems like it might get in the way when you try to recline the seat (and is also not sturdy to hold coffee cups, etc.)?
This is a life saver when you need one the most!

It doesn’t feel heavy. In fact I needed to look up the weight because it felt comparable to the bagile.
