No where in Vineeta Sharma vs Rakesh Sharma Aug 2020 judgement mentions regarding Ouster and daughters have been given right since birth and have been made Coparcener to claim their right from 2005. Can any body tell partition suit is valid on title on others means not family members when it was a joint property belongs to defferent owners long back ..when settle ment register that is in RSR and no claim till now
Sir what is the position of law when joint property was sold by mother to third party . In the suit by third party for that property when one sharer claimed title and contested the suit where other sharers remained ex. Party . The suit was dismissed . Does it start limitation for exclusion/ ouster of title , when after 25 years other sharer filed suit for partition of that property. Please send opinions
Sir. Adopted son sold adoption father father property sold. Now adopted son have selling rights without his adopted sons sons signature at the time of their minority. Advice under law
One co-owner inducted a tenant into a joint property without the knowledge and consent of other co-owner. Can the other co-owner evict the tenant from the joint property?

Possession of one co- owner & Co- possessor is Possession of All in case of joint property.....
