Those skins never be released in the essence or ingame shop. Basically making those skins the rarest out of any limited skins. For example the first ever offline package was for Merc so if anyone still has that code it's worth thousands of dollars now like for that single skin (yes people buy it). That's just for the code tho if it's an account it won't go that high. It usually cost 100-300$ for the package if u buy it directly from NetEase.
