The nice thing with this pattern is that 3mm can be used as well so more colors can be used and more sennets fit on the dowel. I used 14 with 7 colors and it’s just lovely. Thank you for this great tutorial. I will use it again and again.❤
I attempted this wall hanging and I love it. I made it a little wider, different colors and added some leaves..not sure how to upload a picture for you
Love this wall hanging. I made it with a smaller cord, I used 3 mm. I want to make a larger piece using 5 mm cord. I am not sure how to measure the amount of cord I will need to use. My dowel is 36". I took your measurements and multiplied everything by 3. Will this get me the amount of cord lengthwise to cover the 36" dowel? Thanks
It should still work, the knots will be smaller so it’ll take a few more to get the same length of wall hanging and you’ll want to cut your cords longer as well. The technique will be the same though 😊

Lindo🥰😍
Very nice 👍.
Would this work on a tension rod for a small window measuring 23 x 23?
Probably- you would need to increase the number of cords to get it to go across 23”, but you could do that and I think it would look cute!
So for the length of cord, do I take the length 23 x 8, to get the proper length to work
@@soozieevans7222 If you want the knotted section to cover the 23", then yes that's what I would recommend.
Very nice
I love it ❤️❤️
Beginner here. What if I can only find 3mm color cords.

One question. How to join. Other cords.
