To avoid the TV licence and council tax and cable TV 😂... 😉🇬🇧 I've dropped onto a couple on a smaller boat doing the BC Canada coastal rain forests fiords and glaciers trip, currently . Might make good reconassance for next years travels.
Just call it the “pointy bit” Zack, we know what ya mean. At the other end it’s the “flat bit” with corners. So as long as the wind is on either cheek and not at ya crack at the helm, then the pointy bit will move along just fine. Love to ya both.

Was a great trip for me. Loved country and people. Just don't drink there water or use the ice cubes. Montezuma revenge.

Good idea when sending a tape up a mast tie a extra line to the halyard to pull it back down, 2 reasons tapes are notorious for breaking and 2nd point if the tape is plastic you will stretch it and then it won't be as accurate

You know whilst you are waiting for your 2nd pole to arrive, you can still run wing on wing by swinging out the main boom and running the 2nd headsail sheet through a block on the end of it. (With the mainsail down of course) It can save you a fair bit of wear to the main from the shrouds.
Good tip from the riggers. My fenders are tied to the stanchion base. I can't see the logic in tying them to guardrail when they can undergo huge tension. By the way that handle strap, the handle itself goes through the loop at the end. I got one years ago from Poundland!
Giday Becka, Zach, u had me drooling with that homemade boat pasta hmmmm yum. Ur both looking well, so that's good. I don't like lightening either, scary on a boat. Ur presentation just gets better an better. Lots hugs 💕🇦🇺🇬🇧 it's freezing in Aussie now, winters got a good grip, so wish I was sailing too.

It always annoys me when operators want to charge excessive fees for little or no service. Not only are they trying to rip you off, but they make you decide not to land there and so not only do they not get paid, but the businesses behind their ''paywall'' miss out on what you otherwise might have spent, because of their greed!

It's a quality tool used by the pros, e.g. carpenters, and it's metal, like it should be.
