I love your videos im hooked on watching catch and cook. I love fishing and i love sistainable living off the land.
Just a tip to you guys if i had a camera i would have shown you how but get someone that can show you how to cook freshly foraged red bait. You will be amazed at how awesome it tastes. But it must be fres no funny smells. And don't use the ones that has washed out on shore.

Good video and looks fun to do but I feel like these name tags for the fish are a bit off. Also I would not go in the ocean like that there are too many things with teeth. You would see me on the boat with a rod.

Fish eye raw is the way I like it. Packed with vitamin c. Marooned and lost at survivors where often kept alive by eating raw fish eyes ect. So Forget the funny squishing bursting of the eye when eating, chew thoroughly and only spit out the lens.
