Madam,You are 100% perfect,recently we purchased gated community house at Ameenpur, when we entered after gruhapravesam, the pains whatever u r explained perfectly matching.The problem for us is in this speed life , we can’t spare to buy site and go for individual house in heart of city or even out skits of the city. Due to this weakness we are all depending to choose apartment where near to your work place and our children schools near by due to traffic problem .Like Hyderabad, most of the metro and even non -Metro 50% of our life only in journey. So, with all above weakness even through knows the pains choosing apartments with amenities,that weakness materialised by the builders .Thank you so much again we can see you with one good concept.
