I'm not that strict but yes basically I try to eat around 4-6 servings in a meal so that's like 60g of carbs to 90g of carbs and I'm a vegeterian so yes lots of lentils, green vegetables, beans, fruits like apples, bananas, raspberries and protein sources like tofu, paneer, soya beans in every meal!
