I have the 10' CTX Feederlite SL which is a beautifully soft rod for silvers - included a .25oz tip. Regarding the Invicta reel you showed; how much line does the spool take?

Thanks for details of the feeder - I like the casting ability of window feeders so those feeder bombs look like they're a nice pairing for casting maggots out similar distance. (I'd actually asked for details before I got to the point you mentioned the brand / name)

Do you think your weight would have been any better / any worse using a small ground bait feeder, with a dark low feed mix given the quantity and quality of the skimmers population in all the lakes at Springvale.

Why such a long drop on your hookbait Rob?

Hi Rob great video . I live in France (met you at the IberianMasters several times)and have a couple of Free spirit CTX B W 12 ft rods which I think were probably the first feeder rods from Free spirit( correct me if I'm wrong) I would like to know where i can find spare tips if you don't mind me asking as i don't think they produce this rod any more(incidently i love these rods)

Have you tried feedershop? They have a good variety of Free Spirit stuff and they are located in France.

Yes I know the owner very well but as the rods are i think the first feeder rods free spirit produced they don’t make them anymore its pretty difficult to find something that matches the rod. But thx for replying which is more than Rob or Free spirit did
