there is a toll for south/eastbound traffic only

It costs $5 ($4.75 with EZPass) to cross for just that direction.

Sad. They are spending $4 billion and taking years and years to build and then at 4:38 they have a rusty old overpass that looks like it could fall down and block the whole thing any minute.
