We live on a farm and we brought an all terrain mobility scooter for me 😂 yes, its a real thing!! We call it 'the beast" and i scoot around the fields and go and visit my horses which i can no longer care for. It can go pretty much anywhere outdoors but it's too big for indoors, but i have a wheelchair for that. I love it! ❤
I think in the future i also need a scooter. I always wonder how strangers will react when you step out of the scooter in a groceryshop to pick something from a higher shelf. I remember, years ago, I always thought that all people in wheelchairs and scooters weren't able to walk...
I have the VOCIC 2 in 1 rollator/transport wheelchair and I love it ! Yes, some days I need the scooter - I just haven't convinced myself that far, yet, lol. But seeing your review, I just may need to look harder and start convincing. I'm so glad you're finding ways to make life easier with chronic pain/illness. Thank you for a great review.
Ive tried a couple at a mobility scooter shop. I would like a purple one. But its the cost which is a barier at the moment. I walk very slow now due to Long covid and Fibromyalgia and arthritis in knees. One day.
@victoriahouse9969 ask around at local churches, community centers and church run thrift stores as many will lend one out and you return it when it's no longer needed. Or sometimes people will gift you one.

Trying several scooters at the shop is great to do. To find the best one to fit you. They are all different and so our bodies. And leg room.

If ever insurance denies durable medical equipment? Tell them okay you are going to need a rejection letter though.
@jamesmcconnell2473 Good advice, thanks.
@@Tambryl that letter being a legal document cost 3,000 dollars
Very cool! I don’t see many people talking about scooters as much
I am truly loving it!
The kids are now running after you and not you running after the kids. Enjoy ❤

Getting more morning Sun in your face with this. How can insurance refuse?
