In Arab culture normally there isn't much of a tipping culture, obviously if you give someone free money it's nice but most of the time people won't take it, some might even take offence to it note: I'm not talking about service people ( in Restaurants for exemple ) and not saying everyone is the same. What i would recommend is you privately offer it to him like 1on1 if he says no twice or three times just accept that he doesn't want the money and just say thank you Also i really enjoyed your vlogs Randy and found myself watching all of them so much love❤
