They said he was, "... hit by a roller coaster" several times. That's not what happened. He got in the way of a roller coaster or he intercepted a roller coaster with himself or he struck a roller coaster while it was moving. Saying he was hit by roller coaster shifts blame from him to the ride. The coaster is on tracks. It didn't come get him, he went and got it. His accident was not only foreseeable, but predictable. The world is not obligated to protect you from yourself so don't go body checking roller coasters
